Malgorzata Konrad
Registered Psychotherapist
Psychotherapy
I am registered psychotherapist with CRPO since 2015, and my work is focused on women’s issues. I completed BA Honor’s degree at the University of Waterloo (2005) and Master’s Degree, MTS, at Wilfrid Laurier University (2007). I am also a clinical member of AAMFT (CAMFT) since 2010. With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I advocate for women’s mental health, and specialize in helping clients recover from anxiety, depression, burnout, work stress, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the profound impact our mental and emotional wellbeing has on our overall quality of life. I believe in compassionate care and individualized approach to mental health—one that is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs, and honors one’s unique journey. I incorporate psychotherapeutic, as well as, spiritually integrated approaches to healing, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and spiritually integrated therapy (SIT). My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity to transform and thrive, and I work collaboratively with my clients to help them build healthier defense mechanisms and find personalized solutions to their struggles. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I’m here to support you on your journey. -Malgorzata (Gosia)
